Shelf pulls are items previously available for sale at the retail location but were never sold. They may be missing price tags or have more than one price tags and/or stickers, indicating multiple markdowns and have been exposed to customer contact. Since most of these items are sent through a reverse supply chain (from a retailer back to a centralized warehouse), they can show signs of further handling. Store Pulled apparel may include items New With Tag (NWT), New Without Tag (NWOT), stained, broken zippers, and/or other issues.

While we do have a strict condition check, you are purchasing a first quality pack that could contain NWT/NWOT, customer returns, or sample items. A first quality pack can include any of the following flaws, which we do not refund/replace for:
- Small, washable stains
- Pilling
- Missing buttons
- Minor fabric runs
- Deodorant marks
- Small holes on the seam
- Makeup marks, such as on collars
- Pulls
- Dust marks
- Wrinkles
- Holes in pockets
- Pet hair
Any damage that is harsher than these conditions we consider a severe damage. If severe damages encompass more than 15% of your total order (in a 40 piece pack, that would be 6 items or more) we offer replacements or refunds. Contact customer service for more information.
All in-stock products are ready to ship within 10 business days from the time you place your order. After you receive a shipping confirmation, you can add the shipping time estimates below:
- Continental US: 4-7 business days
- Non-Continental US: 7-10 business days
- Canada: 8-12 business days (ships DDP)
