Please understand these packs are Pre-Order. Meaning, there will be a short waiting time before your order can be fulfilled. While we do have a strict condition check on all items, your pack may still include any of the following flaws, which we do not refund/replace:

Any damage that is harsher than these conditions we consider severe damage. If severe damages encompass more than 15% of your total order (in a 40-piece pack, that would be 6 items or more) we offer replacements or refunds. Contact customer service for more information.
As a sustainable business we value every order placed and as a token of our appreciation, we are proud to offer free shipping within the continental US. In an effort to minimize our environmental impact, we choose to purchase recycled boxes to ship all Helpsy Source orders, and avoid creating extra CO2 by consolidating large orders when possible. All of our available products are in stock and ready to ship because we know that time is money and you need your inventory ASAP.
We work hard to pack and ship your orders in our own warehouse, with a promise to ship within 7 to 10 business days. After you receive a shipping confirmation, you can add on the shipping time estimates below.
- Continental US: 4 to 7 business days
- Non-Continental US: 7 to 10 business days
- Canada: 8 to 12 business days (ships DDP)
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship with a calculated shipping rate, and Canadian orders will have calculated shipping rates based on weight and package size, including customs fees.
