Because it is our goal to provide you with the most options available to help you save money on your cost of goods, Helpsy Source ships your order (including bulk pallets of up to 400 items) for FREE (within the continental US) via UPS. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship with a calculated shipping rate, and Canadian orders will have calculated shipping rates based on weight and package size, including customs fees. Custom orders may incur additional shipping fees due to the volume of inventory ordered.

Our warehouse is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to handle the volume of orders we receive. Most orders placed on our website are shipped within a few days, but some items may take 10–14 business days (not including holidays or weekends) to ship. Some items do ship faster than others, so you may receive a portion of your order while another portion is still being fulfilled. A shipping confirmation will be sent via email.
